Horan Sounds is a live music production and booking agency based in Paris, working on traditional music projects from Central Asia, Near Eastern countries and Iran.
Farhad Safari is an Iranian percussion player living in Tehran. He learned the technics of Tombak with Alireza Mashouf and Bahman Rajabi. As a member of several groups, he performed in different projects in Iran and in the other countries. Interested in the manufacture of percussion instruments and looking for new sounds, he changed the structure of some Iranian percussions and also created some new instruments.
