Saeid is an Iranian Oud player and composer who lives in Tehran. He graduated from the Tehran
Music Conservatory and the Surah University in musicology. Since 2000, he performed as Oud
player in several projects, founded groups such as Fih-e- mafih and Trio Vasl and published several
albums. He won the Grand Prize of Mugham Music Festival in Baku with the Nassim-e Tarab
Ensemble in 2013. He did lots of research orientated towards both the ancient Iranian music, and
that of other cultures such as Arabic and Turkish.
